Can I use my current WhatsApp number with ChatNav?
Yes, as long as it’s not already tied to a different WhatsApp API account. We’ll help you connect or migrate it during onboarding.
Will I get banned from WhatsApp for using this?
No. ChatNav uses the official WhatsApp Business API via 360dialog (a Meta partner). We follow WhatsApp’s messaging policies to ensure compliance.
What do I need to get started?
You’ll need a Facebook Business Manager account, a business phone number, and a few business details. We’ll walk you through everything.
How long does setup take?

What happens after I send a message template?
Once the customer replies, you can chat freely for 24 hours. After that, another template is needed to restart the conversation.
What if a customer messages me first?
You can reply normally — no template needed — within 24 hours of their last message.
What kinds of messages can I send as templates?
Templates are great for reminders, onboarding steps, offers, updates, and payment links. All templates must be Meta-approved.
Can I continue my conversation from WhatsApp in ChatNav?
Once your number is registered with the WhatsApp API, conversations must be handled through ChatNav. You can’t continue chats that were in the WhatsApp app, but you can start new ones and automate follow-ups inside ChatNav.
